Located on the 13th floor of GINZA SIX in Ginza, “てんぷら山の上” is a tempura specialty restaurant with a history of over 60 years. The restaurant strictly selects fresh ingredients for each season and imports them from all over the country. By using the finest vegetables and seafood ingredients, the restaurant offers seasonal cuisine.

On the other hand, the restaurant uses an exquisite blend of two 100% pure sesame oils. One is “Taihaku Sesame Oil”, which is extracted directly, and the other is “Pure Sesame Oil”, which is extracted after lightly frying.
