😀
Sola is known as the first Western food in Fukuoka, the chef is young to open a restaurant in Paris for 1 year and 3 months to get a Michelin star (yes they have started to roll to get a star time), back to China, but not in Tokyo but ran to their hometown of Saga near Fukuoka to open a restaurant (yes most people outside of Tokyo are countryside in their hearts), I feel that now the young chef's brain is quite clear, this resume, although powerful, but if you go to Tokyo may be also in a few years will die out in the crowd, while in Kyushu will basically be able to sit firmly in the first place. I think there is also a cultural gene that Kyushu people love Kyushu and hate Tokyo.
The location of the restaurant is near Hakata Port, which is not convenient for the subway but if you take a boat from the pier next to the aquarium you can get there directly, and if you count on the boat time, the route will be smooth.

The red dot is the aquarium. The yellow dot is Sola's dock.

We can't make it in time to take the boat, or take a detour to the subway.
He is the so-called 95 points of the big beautiful, the design of the dish is obviously much more sophisticated than Luigans, delicious is certain, but I was most of the time immersed in the “set in the country to eat at least double too earned earned” mood, after a few months almost forget what to eat, can only look at the photo roughly recalled! ...I'm glad I'm not a food blogger.

This marinated salmon with crepes deserves to be singled out, I still think about it from time to time after a few months, the flavoring is just great, remember when the sauce was a little on the sweet side? It's right up my alley!

Wine Pairing is also recommended, one of the orange wine has a strange aroma, immediately the front and back are photographed, quickly which agent to go into some ah please.

sola's children's meal feast 3500 yen, several dishes and adult meal overlap, not the same as a hamburger meat, adults see mouth watering, but my rice crumbs daughter still persona does not fall, or dilly-dallying to the end of the coercion before reluctantly eat.

🤗 The Rail Kitchen Chikugo

Outside of his own restaurant, the chef has been involved in various aspects of the Fukuoka dining scene, with his family featured in several of the projects we've been following.
It is a sightseeing train that departs from Fukuoka and specializes in formal dining, with three famous chefs from Fukuoka regularly producing menus, and the line is not long, just one meal. The railroad company did it, mainly to promote tourism along the line, honestly most of the stations on his line have never heard of, how many people can pull this train I doubt, but at least it strengthens the purpose, those who are tired of other places to play the guests, may be because of this meal to play to see it.

Chef Sola is the one on the far left, and he also had a stint as an in-flight caterer for JAL, so he's more experienced in food preservation (semi-finished products).

This year's spring menu, where it says “appetizer” is my favorite cured salmon.
It's like paying for a JAL business class meal!

📎 SnowPeak First FC Campground Fukuoka Aburayama

💡
This campground has just opened and Sola is in charge of the catering.
I was planning to take a two-day, one-night camping trip when I traveled last year after I fell in love with camping. I gave it up due to transportation/weather concerns, but I kept it in my notebook.
I'd like to check out both of these programs when I get a chance later on.
