“Inspired by the beautiful scenery seen at the Jade Arashi Hotel, the Hachisui Matcha Ice is a unique blend of “Yamakaze” matcha tea that offers a refreshing and elegant matcha flavor in every sip 🍵.
This unique “Yamakaze” matcha is a blend of two types of tea leaves from Kyoto, with a special syrup that has a sweet flavor like soybean flour and a long, refreshing finish.
The shaved ice is based on Shinshu's deep-seated natural water, which gives it a creamy texture and hides the smooth texture of the “Jade Glutinous Rice Dumplings” made from “Yamakaze” matcha and kudzu powder. Last but not least, the richness of matcha is emphasized by the addition of crushed tea and salt kombu as toppings.

🤗 Cotton candy with marble soda shaved ice: KIHARU Brasserie
With the theme of “Summer Festival”, this summer shaved ice is full of fun and surprises. Underneath the fluffy marshmallow in a cool, unique jellyfish-shaped glass is shaved ice made of cantaloupe pulp and lemon jelly marinated in elderflower and lemon syrup, as well as freshly sweetened fruits such as oranges and pineapples 🍍.
When the nostalgic marble soda is poured in, the marshmallow slowly melts and makes a delightful crackling sound.
