Perhaps this is the place where the romance of Hokkaido was imprinted in our minds.
🤗 Hokkaido Kitahama Station
Departing from Abashiri Station on the “Ryuhyo Norokko Manga,” a tourist train that travels along the Sea of Okhotsk, the train travels at a slow speed of 30 kilometers per hour through a world of ice, where you can see beautiful scenery, and Kitahama Station is one of the warmest spots.
This small, unmanned station is also known as “the station closest to the sea in Japan. Although the station is small, it has been used as a filming location for a number of movies and TV productions both at home and abroad, including the Fuji TV drama “The Ugly Duckling” (みにくいアヒルの子) which was released in 1996 and the Chinese movie “非诚勿扰” which was released in 2008.

🤗 Lake Akan
“There is only one way to die that can make one's face more beautiful and delicate than when one was alive, and that is that clear and biting way of dying.” -- Junichi Watanabe's semi-autobiographical masterpiece, Soul Break Akan, about Junko Tokiin, a talented eighteen-year-old painter who is found to have committed suicide at the edge of the frigid Lake Akan four months after her bizarre disappearance, with the ice and snow preserving her still-beautiful features ...…
Lake Akan is a beautiful lake in Akan National Park and the fifth largest freshwater lake in Hokkaido. Lake Akan Onsen Resort is the only town around Lake Akan, and there are several Japanese-style inns of various sizes, some of which have hot spring baths with superb views on the upper floors.

🤗 Drift ice in Shiretoko, Hokkaido
When it comes to the best scenery in the middle of winter, the drift ice in Shiretoko, Hokkaido, is a “once-in-a-lifetime sight”. Shiretoko in winter is a paradise for drift ice followers, where drift ice floats gently into the Sea of Okhotsk, and seabirds and the sunlight make the three simple but magical forms of the water into a limited beauty that is both spectacular and beautiful.

🤗 Ting Shan Creek
Jyuzankei, the hometown of the mythological character “Kappa,” is a well-known maple-viewing spot in Hokkaido, and can be reached in about one hour from Sapporo, and is known as the “Ozashiki of Sapporo.
The hot spring inns on both sides of Jingshan Creek are numerous, and the warmth of autumn in the north is all in the hot springs and the maple leaves that look like a red haze. The warmth of the hot springs flows through your body as you soak in the hot spring and enjoy the maple leaves. Strolling along the Futami Suspension Bridge, the cool breeze mixed with the scenery of the red leaves brings a feast to the eyes, and the colorfulness of nature brings a sense of satisfaction from the inside out.

🤗 Pungsang Lake
An hour and a half's drive from Sesshang Gorge to Fengshi Lake, in the midst of a native forest, lies this now-hot Netflix attraction. Known for its appearance in the “White Lovers” commercials, the naturally formed heart-shaped lake has become a pilgrimage destination for many lovers. Take a romantic ride in a helicopter, which is only available in the fall, and leave an unforgettable souvenir photo of yourself in the air, hand in hand with TA.
🤗 The Road to the Roller Coaster
It is also one of the filming locations for “Do Not Disturb” and is located in Furano, which is famous for its lavender. The road is about 2.5 kilometers long, with a sharp difference in height due to the steep uphill and downhill slopes, and it seems as if you can drive all the way to the end of the field, with the vast idylls of the unique Furano countryside and the magnificent scenery of the Tokachi Dakigatake mountain range right outside your window.
🤗 Night view of Lake Moshu
Lake Mashu, formed by a volcanic eruption 7,000 years ago, has become a must-see attraction in Hokkaido because of its unique transparency, “Mashu Blue”. In fact, Lake Mashu at night is also very charming, and those who have never been here may not realize that the main character of Lake Mashu at night is not the lake but the night sky, or to be more precise, it is the night sky and the lake that work together.
When the stars fill the night sky, climb up to the observation deck, without looking up, you can feel that the whole person is enveloped by the starry sky; when the moon is clear and the stars are sparse, Mochow Lake is as bright as a jewel under the moonlight, dancing with the bright moon under the night sky; when there is no wind at all in the night, you can clearly see the stars and the moon reflecting back to the surface of the Mochow Lake as if the moonlight is streaming down from the sky, which is very aesthetically pleasing.
